Free Fall comes from the prequel side of the Alias bookshelf, which gives it a slightly different identity than the APO novels already on AbramsFans. It is part of the earlier wave that helped establish Sydney as a paperback lead, not just a character viewers followed week to week on ABC.
That makes it an important completion title for the Books section. If AbramsFans is going to map the franchise honestly, the prequel run deserves to sit beside the later tie-in novels instead of being left out.
