If you have been watching Duster and thinking the music has been doing a lot of heavy lifting in the best possible way, there is good news: the score album is out now.

Duster (Original Series Soundtrack) was released digitally on August 8, 2025. The album features Laura Karpman’s score for the series, plus the main theme written by J.J. Abrams. That feels especially appropriate for this show, because the music really is part of its identity. Duster is all about movement, pressure, and cool, and the score helps sell every bit of that.

The album runs 26 tracks and 45 minutes, which is a pretty solid amount of music for fans who want more than a couple of standout cues. Some of the track titles, like “Nina’s Theme,” “Chase,” “No Deal,” “Shoot Out,” and “For Our Kids,” already hint at how much of the show’s tension and personality Karpman is carrying across the season.

It is also nice to see Abrams credited directly on the theme. For a series that feels so specifically tuned to his sensibilities, that little touch makes the release feel even more like part of the project rather than a separate afterthought.

If you want the full track list and the song-by-song TV music breakdown, we already built out a dedicated Duster Music page on the site. That page includes the complete album details and the songs that appear throughout the season.
